What happens when I hit 20 products on the free plan?
Nothing breaks. Your existing products keep answering; you just can't add a twenty-first until you upgrade. We don't switch your assistant off or hide your catalogue from your customers.
Do I have to pay for a whole quarter up front?
No. It's a single month at a time. We took the deliberate decision not to run quarterly minimums, because a large up-front charge is exactly the wrong ask for a business whose cash flow moves week to week.
How do I cancel?
Tell the assistant to cancel, in the same chat where you set everything else up. It stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Your catalogue stays where it is in case you come back.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. There's no commission and no transaction fee, because your customers pay you directly and the money never passes through us. You pay the monthly fee and that is the whole cost.
Why is it cheaper than the other tools?
Because answering a message costs us almost nothing. Vendesso works by matching your customer's words against your own catalogue rather than paying an AI provider per message, so there's no per-message bill for us to pass on to you.
