What happens when the trial ends?
Your assistant stops answering your customers until you pay for a month — their messages still reach you on WhatsApp as they always have. Your catalogue stays exactly as you left it.
Do I have to pay for a whole quarter up front?
No. It's a single month at a time.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel. You pay a month at a time and nothing renews on its own, so if you don't pay again, your assistant goes quiet at the end of the month you paid for. Your catalogue stays where it is in case you come back.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. There's no commission and no transaction fee, because your customers pay you directly and the money never passes through us. Our only charge is the monthly fee. WhatsApp itself charges for messages once a number goes past its free allowance each month — that's billed to you by WhatsApp, not by us.
Why is it cheaper than the other tools?
Because answering a message costs us almost nothing. Vendesso works by matching your customer's words against your own catalogue rather than paying an AI provider per message, so there's no per-message bill for us to pass on to you.
